Eslin earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from Queen’s University after receiving her Bachelor of Kinesiology, Major in Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary.
Eslin earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from Queen’s University after receiving her Bachelor of Kinesiology, Major in Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary. Eslin has a broad depth of experience working with all types of injuries and clientele ranging from the high performance athlete (both on and off the field) to the busy downtown professional.
Eslin uses a wide array of treatments and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in Myofascial Release, Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Prevention and Treatment of Running Injuries, Therapeutic and Athletic Taping. She is also a Certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Practitioner. She believes strongly in educating her patients as well as providing a personalized exercise program designed to achieve an individual’s specific goals.
Eslin has a passion for running and enjoys helping others learn to run or return to running after injury. In addition to injury assessment and treatment, she also performs running assessments where she will analyze your running technique and provide you with recommendations to help you improve your performance and minimize your risk of running related injuries. Eslin is an avid runner and soccer player and enjoys training and competing in 10km and half marathons. Original from Calgary, Eslin loves spending time in the mountains and traveling with her family.
