Emily Leonardis

With a foundation in movement that began in competitive dance, Emily brings a deep understanding of anatomy, alignment, and functional movement to her Pilates practice.
She is a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College and a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Emily is also a certified Pilates instructor through Authentic Pilates Canada, having completed her Basic, Beginner, and Intermediate system levels. She is currently pursuing her Advanced certification, which she plans to complete this winter.
As a certified Physical Literacy Leader with Sport for Life, Emily is passionate about promoting lifelong movement and helping people age with strength, mobility, and independence. She is dedicated to creating empowering, accessible movement experiences that help her clients feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life.
