Jessica Buffam

Jess earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University following a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Queen’s University. She is passionate about empowering patients with the tools and support they need to live their best lives.
Before returning to Canada, she spent two years at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool, England, specializing in pediatric physiotherapy, including knee and lower limb rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, chest management, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Jess treats patients of all ages and conditions by combining manual therapy, exercise, and education to create personalized treatment plans. Her goal is to help clients return to daily activities pain-free or reach their athletic training goals.

– Pelvic Floor and Urinary Incontinence (Level 1)
– SHIFT Concussion Management (Level 1)
– CRPS Management
– Mulligan Concept (lower quadrant)
– Pediatric Proprioception and Gait Training

In her spare time, Jess enjoys staying active with tennis, spin, and running. She is also an avid reader and traveler who loves exploring new places.
